Dr.Thakkar completed his MBBS in 2005 from M P Shah Medical College, and in 2009 did his MD from the same college. In 2013, he did his DNB from Apollo Hospital, Chennai.
He specialises in colon cancer screening, intestinal disease, liver disease, GI disorders, treating obesity, pancreatic disorders and inflammatory bowel and colorectal disease.
